About us
Facilities of Suntech Aluminum
We use German technology vertical spraying line and horizontal spraying line, and other advanced extrusion equipments, anodized quipments, which can produce powder caoted, PVDF, wood grain, anodized, electrophoresis and other surface. Use Tiger, DuPont and other brand powders, and can use the end of the text specified by the customer to ensure product quality and meet customer needs.
Certificates
Suntech aluminum alloy profiles are all manufactured as per national GB5237-2004 standards and the company has has passed ISO9001: 2015 international quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System, ISO10012 measurement management system certification and AA grade corporate certificate of good conduct standardized. Suntech Aluminum will supply high quality goods for all over the worlds continually.
Quality Inspection
All of the aluminium profile will be inspected by Quality Inspection Department. We strictly apply NATIONAL STANDARD and international standard on our products to make sure that they can sustain a high level quality.
Packages and shippment
In order to deliver perfectly,we pack our products with pearl cotton inside ,or stick protective film to protect each piece, then wrapped by single-layer composite paper or shrink film.We can also do different packing and container loading according to the needs of our clients.
